Here you will find cost information and five forms you will need to fill out to complete your senior's registration for Kailua High School Project Graduation 2017.  Please return the registration form (with initial payment), waiver contract, medical information form, pickup/release form, and clothing information to any PG2017 committee member.  You will be informed of other forms needed at the mandatory parent meeting.  Your kokua is greatly appreciated.  (Click below on form to download.)
